Hello friends I have been using jio for a year now I still have the same problem I had 1 year earlier and that is the network issue I don't know why its network is not spreading fast it still does not exist in most of the cities and if does its very poor in that cities.For some weird reasons the jio network eats lot of battery also when is use my regular sim in my phone it has around 40% battery left at the end of the day but when is jio in that same phone its dies at the end of the day.
The customer service is good and helpful if you have any query regarding the network they will help you but it take abit time .the charges are very reasonable and and the offers are also good the billing cycle depends on your plan and its easy to pay online.
The jio 4g voice app is also very bad to use it hardly connect my calls to other networks and the voice clarity is also average we have to try 3-4 time to connect a call to other network
