I feel this review is:
I got their 4G wi-fi device. First 3-4 days the speed was very good .upwards of 10mbps. Then it dropped to less 1mbps in big city but still was okay(around 4-5mbps) in rural areas. But after one week, now I get speed less than 1mbps in city and between 1-2mbps in rural area. The same now on highways while travelling. If this is going to be the norm then Jio is big failure. Most people buy this 4G wi-fi device for high speen internet so they can share it with family and friends as well as people like me who work from home. If this continues till the end of their promotional period and does not improve we need to say goodbuy to jio and continue with Airtel or Idea as usual. It is real shame that the purpose of promotional period is to show people about your service but we can't really see that or experience it.
