Well first of all I would like to thank the entire Mukesh Ambani team for launching free internet and call services at a time when internet seems to rule the world. I fully understand that jio is a new operator and there should be a few glitches in their network. But these glitches should be worked upon seriously or else jio will lose 90% of its customers during its commercial launch. If you really want to give free services, give it in such a way that people are fully satisfied and that they should think of migrating to jio for its services. But jio has miserably failed here. Just after its welcome offer got launched jio's customer base got a huge bump and so did the internet speed. The speed which haopened to be 2-3 mbps was slashed down to some odd 600kbps. Also most of the calls used to fail. Once I was in emergency and had to call up home and I had to try around 30times before I could actually place the call. Till date jio has definitely improved but still there are lots of work to be done. Before launching its services jio boasted of free calls and the cheapest internet. Well they were certainly high when they said that for when the barest minimum plan of Rs.149 is taken into account there are no signs of cheap internet. 300mb at Rs.149/- seriously jio do you think this is cheap? Well its not. The plan should have hold good if it had offered around 1 GB of data. If jio improves on these grounds, it can definitely compete against the telecom giant, airtel. Till date it is nowhere near airtel in terms of calls or internet.

Also there is no proper customer service and one has to hang up for some odd 30-40 mins, completely worthless!
