Network Coverage;-it give 5 level network in mumbai but not in some rural areas.For LTE user, they should download jio 4g voice for calling and video call but it takes too much time for connecting to network in heavy load network.nowadays, jio speed is decreased because more user are connecting to this netwok.consider there are more user in locality it will get split speed to other user that results a slow net or average net.sometimes it gave 10mb download and 10mb speed upload or vice versa.result show more spped but in reality it is damn less.

customer service:-bad customer care.when I was facing low network then I call jio toll free for some solution .they ended in between due to low voice.which irritate alot.
charges and billing:-it is absolutely free for 9 month from the starting of jio.
you can see your bill in my jio app by login.it gives good deals in low prices which absolutely excellent.it is a great era for all indians who is using jio
