BAD SERVICES. Review on Reliance Jio

Hello friends! I wanna share my genuine review on it, I am using a

Reliance jio phone once a day my Jio phone not worked properly like my jio sim network was unreachable on this phone and it was hang or slow working so I was call to the Jio customer service, they advised me I should went to the Jio customer center then I was go there. when I was go there and tell him about my jio phone problems, after that they told me that wait for two hours your phone is under refused, after two hours they not give my phone and tell me wait for two hours again so I felt not good. according to my its time value is zero, after all they solve my Jio phone problems and give me a bill when I saw the bill I was Shocked because its take too much charges.

According to me its provided a bad customer services, I am not satisfy it So I am not recommended it.
