After a long waiting reliance is finally to launch their 4g services for commercial purpose. the reason behind delaying is to provide best 4g services to the customers of reliance jio 4g. they are going to use 850mhz spectrum which is best for the 4g services. the jio 4g service is now available for the reliance employee and some devices(lyf) provided by jio. as they are in testing purpose now they are providing free unlimited call, sms, 4g data to their existing customers now for a 90days period of time.
jio should provide high speed internet to the customers at true 4g speed as company claimed. according to the report the company provide high quality phone calls which is known as VoLTE or voice over the LTE(long term evolution). the company also claimed that the services should be cheaper than service provider available in the market.
as of now company is giving free services for selected mobile of samsung and with iphone. according to their plan they should collaborate with some other brands to attract customers. they are planing to give attractive offer to the MNP customers after the commercial launch of JIO 4g.
talking about the service true 4g service is awesome but the problem is reliance jio have no g/2g/3g. they only have 4g, while the jio sim would work on the devices other than the 4g handset is uncertain.
