Hello my dear friends today I am going to share my experience with Reliance jio and share my opinion on whether you should use jio or not before sharing my experience I want to tell you that maybe there is a good service in many of the places in India but I have suffered lot with Reliance jio.
I have started using Reliance jio since November 2016 at that time I get around 700 to 800 KBPS speed on my phone but after jio commercially launched in India and I did my first recharge of rupees 399 speed reduced to 200 KBPS and I found that when I enter into my house I did not get the speed of 100 KBPS sometimes it not even able to open Google website it is too slow in my area I am not talking about that I live in a ruler area I live in Uttar Pradesh Lucknow which is capital of Uttar Pradesh and I am living in middle of the lucknow which is very congested area if jio is not providing good services in the capital of Uttar Pradesh then how can I believe that they providing good services in other cities also they have only 4G services like you cannot use jio while you are using any other operator 4G services and sometime when you go to any rular area you will not able to get coverage of 4G service.
Currently I am using jio and still I am not getting a proper speed in fact my BSNL operator gives me better speed than a jio four G BSNL gives me around 700 to 800 KBPS easily in night 400 to 600 KBPS in the morning time so I would not recommend to anyone to use jio SIM in Lucknow area but I also found that in many places in Lucknow jio gives a good speed but at least they should take care of the complaint by their consumer if some one complaining to jio they should take action to resolve their problem
but they did not care about that my experience with the jio was not good but I cannot say that you will not get good speed in your area over all I can say that you should work hard to make their services better
