Guys, my experience with JIO is not so good.With the launch of JIO I was so happy and with double excitement I bought the SIM. It worked absolutely fine for the first week in regards of internet, but failed in voice calling as whenever I used to call it would either say that network is busy or abruptly end the call which is so annoying.
JIO may be good to use in cities but in small town the Network coverage is so poor that it hardly shows any network bar.Customer service is also not up to the mark.
Till now there are no chargers or billing and it has also been announced that JIO will continue its service till 31 March but some rumours are spreading in the market that JIO may send some bills to your home after march and most probably to those customers who has issued postpaid SIM but the point of laughter is that no one knows their SIM plan. So its the serious issue, I would suggest to checkout the details about your SIM and be alert!
