I have never used reliance Jio still, but more often I am using it in my friend's mobiles.It is really better, its browsing and download speed is fair.But its network coverage is very very slow than 2g networks in some of the places, I am unable to point out that particular places, but it still better.
Its customer services also good as all other networks, .
In order to coming with Jio network, it obviously bills very low cost and it offering free data for few months .that too we can make calls and all other works by using Jio apps provided by them.
from my side It is a good opportunity, And I hope these services should extend through out life.LOL.!
