I am using jio since last 4-5 months and its been a really great experience
If I talk about network coverage of jio its really great the towers has been spread all over the city where I live . network coverage in the city is superb but outside the city jio doesnt work that well all the time as compared to the city in some places outside the city jio almost loses its network.
The customer service is fine in the case of jio but some other networks do have a beeter customer service than jio but till the date its free its worth everything.
Jio provides really fast internet but sometimes doesnt work properly.
If I talk about the charges an billing jio did not started its paid version yet so its free from billing and according to me its not gonna be that expensive like some other networks.
