Reliance Jio is now 1.5 years old in india, and with reference to my jio mobile cellular services it my review about it
NETWORK-
network has always been a fundamental problem with jio cellular services, it is always never to say bad about a half cooked thing, I thought so with eventually jio getting old into india will finally provide better coverage and usability, but it still is not a case with jio, they say they have a good 4g coverage but I dont feel the same, it is hard and rare to find coverage at my home and its been constant if I get my mobile to someone else, s home. The services have now shifted from free services for trial to paid services but the coverage scenario is same, you will not find good coverage in most places.
CUSTOMER SERVICE-
customer service is apt and they will try to fulfill your basic problems without much of an issue.
CHARGES AND BILLING-
jio has currently plans ranging from 99 to 1099 inr, prices will not make a hole in your pocket as the prices for data plans are very reasonable when compared to validity of plans they offer, but the overall network coverage is still not proper and in most of the cases, the cellular coverage switches to zero coverage or out of service.
jio must substansially concentrate on reachability so as to the services offered by them must be used with full potential by everyone, as for a customer I feel jio must do good to its customer as a treshold amount of 99/- inr as jio prime subscription have been charged by the company for switching to their paid services and finally deliver a better cellular network for better usability.
