I am Using jio from last 3 months.
It us good because every service is free till date.
It is called 4G for Name sake only but it delivers a very slow speed while using internet as compared to many other 3G netwoks jio is slow , I guess the reason for its slow network might me maximum uses of the network.

Disadvantage Of JIO
Cross connection while calling
Slow Internet speed.
Must Have A 4G phone/device
No network coverage to rural areas
Voice crack during call
