In the market there are amazing competitors in the communication sector but when Reliance jio came in the market of the telecommunications then the whole market was surprised and the word frightened from this new competitor because and Mukesh Ambani is always a player who try to make Monopoly in the market for all the competitors website and that they will be knocked out from the market but when I took the jio and used for months then I got to know that jio will take a lot of time to be a Monopoly leader in the market because the network coverage and the speed which Mukesh Ambani's talking about to give the people is not exactly what people are getting there for it will take a lot of time to make Reliance jio as a market leader from my side from now if you are opting for Reliance jio you should think twice because it is not a good option right now for you to take this jio and if you are using Dubai mobile set then definitely this is not a same which you want to put in your mobile because this symbol not work properly if the handset of your age from Dubai imported.
Now talking about the coverage of this mobile operator Reliance jio is a big player but still it is not covering the whole India they are some places where Reliance jio is still not available and there are many places in big cities where jio doesn't work even in the underground of the building and even the tall buildings of 25 26 floors jio is not able to give the hundred percent coverage in each and every part of the buildings and therefore I am really suffering from the SIM of jio because it is not giving me sufficient coverage each and every part because it is very important to get a coverage as the daily basic things are now dependent on your mobiles and if the network of the mobile goes then definitely it harms the life of a human nowadays.
Dear phone network coverage of jio is really not that much satisfied and it won't give you the best experience should really need to.
Now talking about the customer services Reliance jio is not a bad company but still the customer services provided by the Reliance jio is not that much good whenever I call to customer care of Reliance jio they don't give me the reply and even they don't bother to pick my phone even I use Line of Engage goes whenever I call to customer care and they never pick my phone therefore I am always unhappy whenever there is any problem in my network and I trying to reach to the customer care but I am always fails to reach them.
Now talking about the charges and billing definitely ji Reliance jio is one of the cheapest telecommunication operator and definitely because of this only they have gained I use market share within such a less time period but still they have to walk more and they have to give continuous services to the customers to get they are believe and and then only they will ready to pay huge amount for all the services of Reliance jio so definitely from my side till now Reliance jio is not a good option to opt for and you can wait for 3 or 4 years and then you can switch to Reliance jio definitely because after getting some maturity in the market they will definitely show their ruling party in the telecommunications market till now I will not recommend to opt for Reliance jio thank you all.
