Broken Signal and No Support for Customer Care
For last 12 days I am facing network issue in my location. I have logged a complaint and no one ever bothered to response on that. When requested customer care to provide and update and provide me the contact details for esclation, they simply ask to wait for some days.
If the can not handle such small number of complaints with limited user base, how do they goona manage in future. A truly poor network and worst customer care.
