Network service is too week with jio sim. sometimes it disappear for whole day.
network frequently gets lost while on surfing.it's 4g speed is equal to 3g speed of Vodafone and air tel. I don't feel that I am using 4g connection while of surfing the net.internet gets disconnected during incoming calls.you tube doesn't run without buffer, seems running on 3g or 2g connection.
Worst customer service, never gets connected to given toll free number, if you somehow gets connect, they don't resolve your queries making wrong commitment every time.
No complaint against charges, because we re using Jio free welcome offer, hence doesn't paid any charge for services til now.
I will not recommend any one to user Jio sim because their network connectivity is worst, it's services are very bad, it doesn't stand anywhere in comparison to Vodafone and Aitel.
