Everyone is missing the important point. Please note that RelJIO works on VoLTE, which is new form of VOIP, which is equivalent to using the WhatsAPP, SKYPE, etc.
All the voice calls are converted to data usage, and are deducted from your data pack. This would be roughly 800KB/min or 0.8MB/min.
What it means is that if you speak for 10 minutes on the phone, your data pack will have reduced by 10*0.8MB=8MB!
So if you speak for 10minutes, then you will be deducted 8MB from your data pack. That is in 120 minutes or two hours, you will consume 0.1GB data.This is how RelJIO is getting paid for providing for voice calls.
As all other VOIP have no difference to local or ISD calls, RelJIO which works on VoLTE also has no differentiation.
Please note that voice calls are not free, but getting deducted from your DATA pack.
Also I read somewhere that the data consumption rate is higher in 4G compared to the same size of file in a 3G or 2G!
