Everyone knows about the bad Internet speed and call failure of reliance jio. and Here I am writing review about my experience about Reliance Jio.
before talking anything about reliance jio, first of all I am letting you know that I am a DT engineer in telecom sector and i've worked for Air tel, Vodafone and Idea 4G and I know about network and internet speed more than a common people.
so if I talk about network coverage then I must say it is bad. my home is only 70 m away from the reliance Jio tower and I never saw a full coverage in my phone. there is no building or tree b/w my home and the reliance tower that can be cause of signal loss.
the internet speed is 60-140 kbps till 12.30 night. after that speed increase but still it not touch the lowest data speed of 4G. I must say that we are getting 2G speed for free. and we are using it only because of it is free of cost and once the free service will end after march 31st, it is not worth a single rupees because the internet price is costly and App CHARGES are also very high.
the Customer Service is below the average line because when I got jio sim and activated it same day, the calling function was activated but internet was still not working. I called to customer care 3-4 times and they always tried to solve my problem within 48 hours. and finally I got a 2G speed after 7 days of activation.
In last I must say, Jio have nothing to praise it but because of it is free of cost, enjoy it;)
