I got the jio sim on samsung offer.I bought the sim from the near reliance digital store at zero cost. They said me that the sim would be active within 48 hours and within 42 hours I got a message to that my sim is active but when I inserted the sim in my phone to my suprise there was no network at all, I tried maually to get the network but no use. After half an hour wasting on inter got the jio customer care no which is 18008899999. On ther toll free customer care no there was only one option that is to select language and my phone was connected to customercare executive after 6mins approx. The executives were well trained and polite and registered my complaint and said it would take 48 to reslove the issue. After 2 days again gave a call to cs care and got advice to wait for last 24 hrs because their technical team is slow. Though my sim is still inactive, I have tested jio on my friend phone. Its THE TRUE 4G.
So friend's lets hope that jio launches their service comercially soon.
