I do not complain about the speed as the speed varies with the place/location in the same city/municipal area etc. Just because one stays in a place and speed in that area is not satisfactory, one cannot complain as speed in other tower areas are really good. Mobiles are meant for people on the move and if one stays in the same place of low coverage, it is difficult to blame the company. However, it is for the company to provide sufficient speed by giving more towers or boosting the efficiency of existing towers to cover more areas under these towers.I have had fairly good coverage in my area of stay but at times very low speeds too. I have made complaints on Twitter and company replied that upgrading of services in my area is under process and shall be done earliest. Though this is a stock reply, I find it difficult for mobile companies to expand their reach due to objection in installing mobile towers by local residents. But somehow, the mobile operators have to overcome this issue and provide sufficient speed to their customers.Jio being a nationwide 4G operator provide 4G VoLTE services all over India. VoLTE helps people to make phone calls on 4G network to any operator and this being a IP based service Jio doesn't charge their customers for voice calls. The best attraction of Jio sim is that one can easily make a video call with anyone having a Jio sim anywhere in India. The video calls are generally good in quality and I would like to appreciate Jio for this value-added service( VAS) . Also the calls do not have any category of Roaming or STD as the calls are meant for anywhere in India.
