I am a life time fan of Reliance, I used to buy Reliance product as much as possible because Its Indian brand and Reliable,
I got JiO connection on April 2016 which long before the peoples came to known, Initially it was free unlimited without any cap, I used to get 40+mbps,
After the launching the JiO, I used to get 5 mbps, yet okay with that
In recent days network got totally degrade, In peak hours network will never works whatever you do(6pm - 12pm), I tried escalating to many levels, I had complained over Twitter, Facebook, Hotline and even to the Nodal officer,
The best part is even customer care agreed that even he is facing the issue and he don't known whom will resolve this,
It's true that JiO started digital revolution in India, Even lower income group could afford the internet, Once upon a time we used to pay 21rs for 17mb of 2g internet(2009)
Let's wait and see whether JiO recovers or Just failed investment of Ambani
