Thank to the offer provided by jio because of this a telecom war started between various telecom company. they are providing many new attractive package to the user so that their user will not shifted to jio. it must be very difficult to survive for other network against jio if jio will have no issue. there are some issue with jio those are mentioned below.
(1) jio network is almost available across india which is a very good thing for a huge network like jio but its network coverage is really excellent in cities and it has very poor network in rural area. as it is a new entrant hence we hope that in coming days it will cover entire india with its network. if somebody is living in cities then jio is good for him/her but if somebody is coming to city from village on daily basis for job and going back to village at evening, for him/her this network will not suitable. hence jio will give emphasis to solve this network issue.
(2) till date jio satisfied its customer with the services and facilities. jio has many outlet available all over the india. they also provide free sim home delivery services, this is for the first time in india any telecom company provide this kind of facility to customer.
(3) Till 31st march 2017 jio will not charge anything to its customer but few month back jio has announced its future tariff plan. again if jio will stay with that tariff after 31st march 2017 then also these are the cheapest plan presently available in market. hence I believe if jio will strengthen its network in rural area, jio will become the market leader in near future.
