It is only free internet provider in India. Actually only for jio I am enjoying 4G internet speed. Otherwise 4G net pack from other internet service provider isn't affordable to me.
I live in a village. Here I get network easily. ln the morning and the late night, net speed increases upto 2-3mb/sec. Usually I get speed of above 50 kb/sec. It is very hard to get jio network in remote areas full of huge amount of trees. So, jio need to concentrate on these areas.
Jio is providing good customer service. Due to huge demand of customers, delay occurs in activating sim cards.
Jio is absolutely free now. I heard customers will have to pay minimum 50/- to get 1GB data after 31 March.
