As promised customers were provided wid high speed internet.in biggining 10-15 mbps was a normal speed, but as the customer count increased now its even hard to open a page.
Although it is free and relience is continously making efforts to improve the conditions before 31 march but if u are planing to port in to jio it is not the correct time as u cannot use a flectuating network as ur primary number.
