Very bad service jio. Review on Reliance Jio

Reliance launches its 4g sim card that come with a very low price . Everyone afford the sim it has 50 rs 1gb internet 4g . And free outgoing call .Reliance offering some selected company that give the reliance gio sim card free of cost . Like samsung lg asus micromax yu sony . If you have this company 4g smartphone than you can receive 4g jio sim in free of cost . You have only collect your bar code to my jio app and go to your nearest reliance digital express and give your details submit and you get the jio sim in free of cost . But I also a samsung brand user and I also apply for jio sim but my jio sim is not activated I recieve jio sim card 2 weeks ago but no activation.The customer care service is very poor , if you give a complain to how to start your jio sim u r on waiting till1 hr but no customer care adviser pick up the call .so its customer care and service is very poor quality.
