JIO is a revolution in the telecom industry. Before its arrival All the service operators were looting customers at their will there used to be plans like that Rs.250 for 1gb 2G data, Rs.350 for 1gb 3G data for 28 days charging for call seperately and then comes JIO, in a short span of time it captured majority of the market. everybody has a jio sim nowadays be it their secondary one.
Talking about network quality, Network has improved considerably. No call drops now, fastest 4G in the country.
Customer service
People tend to forget that jio is a new company, it takes a lot of time to settle things, the biggest customer service is their plans itself. I saved a lot because of jio and this is why I will support it at every stage.Customer service aint bad though.
Charges and billing
I used to spend 600 per month(7200 for a year) and get 2GB 3G data per month with limited free minutes of calling. With jio, In the last 12 months, I have spent only 1000 rupees and I am getting 1GB 4G data per day and unlimited calling. For around 3 months I was getting 4GB data per day.
