Hello friends, I'm using jio sim last 2 years. My jio number is 7009822319 . I faced 3 problems which is mentioned it below:
1) Internet Speed/Network problem
2) I can't use my jio sim in 3G phone without jio4voice application.
3) I reacharged my brother's number last month of Rs. 459 from jio wallet and money was debited but not recharged my number. And money came after 6 days. But this type of issue can be happened so I can ignore it. But above 1st and 2nd problem can't be ignored.
About Service: I can not use my jio sim in 3G phone or 4G phone ( no volte) without using jio4voice app. I have lenovo 4G volte phone but it was damaged and I submited to its service center and now I'm using samsung trend 3G phone and I can't able use my jio sim. As you know that other company 4G sim can be used in 2G , 3G or 4G phones. It's a biggest problem which I'm facing right now. I hope that reliance should take a step ahead towards this issue and resolve it soon.
Customer Support: I complaint related my internet speed more than 4 times but they always took 3 days to give response and after that they said sir network issue is shown in your area and we are working on it but still my internet speed has not been solved. I never complaint about internet related my issue but now it's happening. Customer service has not been given me a proper solution to my issue.
