When I say 4G, it indicates towards the internet speed of next generation. It must deliver at least 5MBPS speed and ensure to stay above this mark.

And if if you talk about Jio it completely fails on ground to fulfill its promises of giving their customer ultra fast speed and connecting thoroughout the networks. Only 20% call gets connected in first attempt or it repeats the message All routes are busy. They have got very unsettling terms with other operator after their freebie strategies. Internet speed is somewhere nearby 100KBPS.

As far as the call quality is concerned, it has HD sound. Their technical restrictions is much complicated. Their SIM would not work in 3G phones. You must have VOLTE enabled phone in case of 4G or in install any VOLTe app to function calling facility.

If they follow the same way, I would be the first person to discontinue their services once the free offer period is over. They need to work hard to get the internet speed up to 5MBPS minimum.

Everything is free so you do not need to worry till 30th of December. After that simply throw the SIM in the garbage as it has no use. Service point is also the main concern, you would not be able to speak a single CCE even after speaking spending 10 mins on the call.

Overall they have failed.
