I have been using Reliance Jio since last 4 months. I would never say that Jio doesn't have any problem. Since everything in the world has a positive and a negative side, Jio also possess the same. I have never seen a network provider like Jio. Internet access and signal doesn't require time. It is a true LTE connection so far I have seen.
The negative side is that I never get full signal strength inside my home. But whenever I am outside, I get a nice coverage.
Now the positive side is, poor signal strength never affects my browsing or calls. As it is not developed well and hasn’t built that much towers for a good signal coverage, we have to face this problem somewhere. Another positive thing is customer service of Jio that is incomaparable to any other network providers. They provide instant report and instant resolution for any problem. Their behavior is gentle and whatever problem you face, might be solved in or before 48 hours.
Since everyone is using Jio free, I am not an exception as for me, Jio saved all the students from spending a large amount of money for internet and calls, that is truly a revolution. Now coming to another great side that is call connectivity. I know there are many people who are using a free internet life and calls but still complaining about Jio which made it possible should look into this great feature. Whenever you call to any number, without any beeps Jio instantly connects and starts ringing. Choose any other provider and try it; you will get some beeps before the call connects and ringing starts. But for Jio it never happened. Yes, many of the network providers, almost every provider is unhappy as Jio is in the 1st position in the Marathon so they doesn’t provide sufficient access to Jio to connect to their network. That is why most of the times it whenever you are dialling to another network provider, it doesn’t connect. But if it has to connect it will not take more than a second. Try to Jio to Jio. It will satisfy your thirst of waiting.
