net speed- less than 1 mbps but sometimes more than 1mbps

and sometimes very slow like less than 50kbps

if we see jio plan which provided in TRIE is-

call rate - 1.6p/s(if deta plan not use)

deta plan minimum 160rs. and in 160 1gb deta is given for 1 month vadility and maximum deta plan is approx 4000

but you think that mukesh ambani said he provide us 1gb deta in 25 rs.

then I say that if your deta plan is above 40000rs. per month then your plan rate is 25rs per gb
