Reliance Jio was being brought into force by Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani in around September 2016.
It came with a superb offer that really shocked the entire telecom industry.The offer was like that those who will buy the new card will get FREE CALLS, FREE INTERNET, FREE MESSAGING, FREE VIDEO CALL etc. upto 31st Dec.2016. However the offer was elegible for 4G devices only.Morever the offer was further extended upto 31st March 2017. which was further a big gift to the public.
Now talk about the network then its absolutely fantastic.Superb 4G speed.Calling and everything is also absolutely brilliant.In some devices where Volte feature is not there then calling can be done through Jio4gVoice app also.Though some times there's a problem in calling but its okay after all its FREE! Data is also absolutely free however in a single day if it exceeds 1GB then the data speed will reduce to 128kbps/sec.However it will get restored the next day again.It also has many other apps such as My Jio App, Jio News, Jio TV, Jio Movies etc.
However the biggest effect of Jio was that many Telecom operators were compusorily forced to bring down the rates and provide good offers in order to survive!
