I was very eager to get a jio sim. I have to try three times to get this sim from digital xpress.
It was very hard task getting it but I succeeded in it. I got the sim activated after 14 days that was too late in this span I have talked to their call centre 14 to 15 times. I was availed preview offer and got free internet for three months.The speed I was getting previously was 15- 23 mbps but now they have reduced the speed to just 3-7 mbps and sometime even slow. I think it is a strategy from their side to loot people. I also suffered from call disconnection while calling to idea and airtel. Sometime their is signal problem in my area and I have to switch up sim to idea to be connected to my friends and use internet.
I think their services can be enhanced but they are not doing so.
