I am a Reliance Jio customer since November 2016. Their services are great even if it is for free. My experience with Jio is awesome. Their network coverage is very good, ever from rural areas everyone is connected to the faster internet only because of Reliance Jio. Their unlimited free calling and sms service was unpredictable, though it is real. Customer service is superb. One do not have to wait for a long time to speak with their Customer Service Representative. We get our queries resolved fast. Till date I have paid nothing, using all services for free, And hope their tariff rates will also be lowest than others.
