The reliance gaint owner mukesh ambani jio service is simply great.it has totally changed the mobile operator service in india.makes even a record for 50 million customers in just 83 days.i have been also using jio for nearby 2 months.its really good.it gives 4g net network.m pretty very much happy to get the jio sim and 4g connection.its very fast in town areas.but in somewhere like rural places the speed goes down and network problem arises.so its basically for town areas.i purchased the jio sim from the outlet of reliance digital express.too much crow was there.but now this jio sim is getting from lots of mobile recharge shops.
the customer service is really very good.when any kind of problem arises I like call the customer care number and really they are very helpfull nd very polite.now the important features of this jio sim is all things are free from voice call.data charges from sms.its really very good .first the announcement was did to get free all of this upto 31ist december but now somedays again another announcement has done it has extended upto 31ist march.which is really great for all jio users like me.
