I have purchased the sim and it was activated. I just put sim and tried to make call. Nothing was happening so I started the search in internet. Then I realised it is something like whatsupcall or Viber calls. So I installed all the so called apps from net and did all they have asked for. Also I raised complaint with the so called customer care. They have a team of idiots sitting together and each time I reply to them with details, another person picks up and without reading the previous status, he ask again the complete history. I got frustrated and now raised a demand to refund my hard earned money. This is headless chicken. Will not survive with such a pathetic service.
