I worked at Reliance Industries full-time for more than 4 years.
Although I got ample learning opportunities in new projects and have challenging environment.
But there are many Cons.
Credibility dependence irrespective of talent.
HR-Employee relation is worst.
Also I would like to suggest/advice to Management must take more responsibility because this department is the only one which helps in enriching employees organisation relationship. It likely that HR often does not help in vital situations whether it be in terms of financial values or misleading.
