General Insurance is not investment tool but its our need and safe our future, but I thing RGICL is one of the company they used this tool as money machine only,
If you have any type of general insurance policy with reliance general insurance company I am sure that your experince is worst with that.
In those day sales is not that much important but if your after sales service is poor and your staff dont have knowladge about what they sold in the market how you can provide all kind of happiness to your client ?
Insite of only 100% Indian General Insurance co. We do not proude of it but some how we lost faith over this company just because of their attitude toward client.
