I brought one nill depreciation vehicle insurance from Reliance insurance for my car. As per the policy I have to pay Rs. 1000 compulsory amount only for any claim. But when I registered the claim, they asked to pay 3000 rupees. When I contact the customer service, they told me to pay the amount at the body workshop and will refund the rest of the amount. When I contacted the service centre, after that they were not responding or not replying to my mails.Reliance customer care is full of frauds.
Don't trust Reliance and stay away from them.
