Just I have worst experience to claim insurance. I have submitted all original documents of doctor. he has done surgery of my dad which costs me around some thousand just before 15 days. now they are saying doctor having degree BAMS/KARD is "Medical Practitioner". regarding this where have you mentioned this clause in your policy or online info? how end person will get to know about all these information? once done with this surgery you are informing that we cant claim for this. if this doctor has registration number of medical council then how he is not capable to do surgery & why we cant claim it?very strange reason given by reliance.totally disappointed & I would definately recommend to change this corporate plan to better one.
