I placed Order No. 2000977140 with Reliancesmart.in. While placing the Order for Lizol, the rate was 50% off based on which I placed the Order and made payment accordingly.
To my surprise they revised the rate subsequently and disallowed the 50% discount and at the time of delivery the delivery boy asked me to pay additional amount. Instead of paying the amount, I returned back the Product and I was told that the amount paid by me towards the same will be refunded back to me instantly but the same has still not been refunded back to me even after 4 days of email and follow ups. No one answers their Customer care No. and I ma always being put on hold for several minutes.
They are big time fraud!
