I feel this review is:
Reliance is a retail convenience store where I shop more often for monthly house hold items. The closest store to my house is located at NIBM Road, which is single storey store opposite to CCD.
Likes:
I visit the store every month at least, because buying goods in bulk saves some money and the packed goods are sold at on at least 2% discount. so its a win win deal for me.
It is big store and there is enough space to walk and shop.
Dislikes:
There are 4-6 counters and I have not seen more than 3 working at any point of time even on evening or weekends.
I used to buy Pulav rice for Rs. 37.kg previously and 3 weeks back when I check the same, they had changed the name and price of the rice to Biryani rice and Rs. 91/kg.
