Unfortunately, I am a regular customer here, Last week @ 8.30 PM, I visited and bought goods for Rs.500 They refused to swipe the card stating the machine is repair , but I insisted to swipe and show, it was working. They do no want to sell in cards after 8.30 want to close @ 9 sharp.Staffs are arrogant they need to be well behaved, HR ???
One needs to check the bill and the display of price several times I noticed they charge extra when Asked they pay by cash or they say just now the price is changed in the computer we have to change the display. it is atrocious and cheating.
Reliance needs to learn how to be reliable.
