Recently my father had a bad experience at Reliance fresh. An offer was announced saying that a Rs 20 will be off for a purchase of 400 and above. The offer had a small catch that the purchase should not include 15 litres oil can etc. My father purchased goods worth more than Rs 400 but the Rs 20 discount did not appear in the bill. Upon inquring with the stafff they said that the purchase had 1 litre of oil and the system is not able to recognise it properly. Thought offers are made those offers does not hold good if the system does not recognise the same at reliance.
Reliance computer systems are poor and need to improve a lot , so customers be cautious when you are made an offer that you cannot resist. Also they store that not have a proper manager who can assist in such situations. I requested the shop peronnels not to send misleading pamplets on offers that does not exist.
