Earlier whatever products I purchased did not last for more than an year i.e, 2 branded Mobiles, 1 branded Laptop, Panasonic wireless telephone, philips Iron box etc., For the said reason I always had a doubt if they offer substandard product or rejected/refurbished pieces.?


Since my washing machine was irrepairable, we wanted to go for a new one. So at my wife instance, just visited the Reliance Digital with my wife to see what great there & with much reluctance. The sales girl was very professional explained in derail about the product, A.S.S by Reliance Digitall and closed the sale without exhibiting any favour or anxiety. Until that experience I did not get a good opinion about Reliance digital. However when the sales girl explained WIIFM, I thought of the stores transformation and Purchased Whirlpool Washing Machine. fully automatic. The delight did not last long until when the first due for preventive maintenance came for due.


As promised during purchase, nobody turned up nor called us.


Even after multiple personal represention, someone called us posing as a representative for doing preventive mantenance and fixed appointment and gave ticket ref number too. surprisingly after the agreed time, they said the ticket was closed and asked for feedback. when I asked how can I give a feedback for a service not rendered then they apologised and again organised for service.


Again on 29.03.21, Rel Dig Ser centre called me and fixed an appointment for servicing my washing machine. Accordingly next day on 30.03.21, a technician claimng to be Mr Muralidharan called from a mobile 91 88704 55559 confirmed visit but did not turn up. no body turned up. but the Reliance digital service centre raised a ticket ide ref 8043934979 and subsequentltvthat afternoon itself unilaterally closed the ticket without servicing my washing machine.when I complained to them in their toll free number 18008891044, their executive could not resolve the issue. pasting the SMS received by me


“Dear Customer, Your Call No. 8043934979 is being re-assigned to the technician for the product WHIRLPOOL 7.5KG FULLY AUT TL SWUL STS who will attend to it on date 31.03.2021 For more information call us on 18008891044 or email at customersupport@resq.in T and C Apply.”


After posting my grievance I got the fllowing message


“We are sorry to hear that you didnot have a great experience, your feedback will help us improve further, Regards, Reliance Digital.”.


it seems that the service personnel is claining rhe service charges from them without actually rendering the service. and the ntire team is sharing it among themselves.


the entire episode dont seem to be transparent. I do not u/s that how reluance is making profits when there are so much malpractices are going through at grass root level. Do they have control - what aboutbtheir sustainabilty or reluability! surprising to me.
