Dear Friends,
I have paid pre-booking charges Rs.500/- on 1st March 2018 to avail the promotional offer published at Relaince website i.e. for Rs.1500/- one year HD subscription with set top box. The installation will be done with 30-45 days. But even after 45 days no one turned up for any installation. I tried to reach the customer care No.1800-200-9001 several times but it seems that the number is not working it always says the number is busy.
I don't think they will provide the service and don't even refund the booking amount.
Reliance is cheating the general public.
Please don't waste money.
