Hello friends
Here I am again review another product from reliance industries i.e Reliance Digital TV. I am using this conection on Sony Bravia HD TV. We are now using this product from quite some time and I have to say that the picture quality and service and support is not satisfactory at all. The most irritating thing which I feel while using this service was we can't provide you service because of bad weather and I have to wait till the weather becomes clear. Sometime I feel that we were better when we were using old fashion cable connection because at least it will give you broadcast even if the weather is bad and I don't have to miss some important broadcast over TV.
Another frustrating feature was registering a complain over customer care center which gives you a complain number and will forget about it. I mean they are not paying attention to their customer many a times they have told me that we have looked in to your problem and out technical staff is saying that the problem is not at our end so I have check it at out end, Now tell me how I am supposed to do that. and if I am not satisfied with the service provided then I can lodge another complain about it. ITS FRUSTRATING
I have faced this scenario couple of times so it is really frustrating to use Reliance Digital network. Moreover the prices are quite high as compared to other service providers and I have to choose to let go some of the channel as these are not covered in a particular pack of channel or I have to pay extra money for those channel.
Sorry friends I would not recommend this services to anyone.
