This is first time I am writing any review. Thanks to the worst service of Reliance Digital Virar (W), which forced me to do so. I purchased one LG Split AC from this store on 27/04/2014. They took two days to deliver the unit and then told me to wait for further 48 hrs for installation.
When I called the store no. after 48 hrs for installation, surprisingly they said that there is no free installation with my AC unit. As free installation was promised to me at the time of purchase, I called their customer care support no. Customer care person informed me that installation is absolutely free and everything is included in t cost.
Then I visited the store and asked for clarification, finally it got installed on 02/05/2014. But my story of trauma has not stopped here. AC has worked only for 2 days and then it stopped giving any cool air.
Finally I called the LG engineer. He diagnosed that there is leakage in the system and its all gas has been leaked out. PATHETIC, HORRIBLE, WORST experience ever. Totally UNETHICAL!
