This branch has opened up close to 4 to 5 months back. I had been to this branch the first time few months back and then again 2 days back.
My first experience with this branch in gariahat wasn't good at all! I had gone there, for the first time, for enquiring about buying a laptop. I was impressed by the way they behaved at the gate and the whole atmosphere was very nice.
Then I entered the electronics section and then I started asking the guys out there about the price of different laptops and so after 1.5 hours of standing there and my feet hurting, I was finally made to convince to buy a laptop and the laptop I liked or the model I liked was there with them and then I went to atm and got the money out! and then when I came back to buy the laptop or rather the particular model I liked I was told that they didnt have the piece! can u imagine?
After almost 2 hours of showing me around and telling me to buy and convincing me to buy that partiuclar laptop and telling me they had that there and then telling me that they didnt have it there! when I came with the money, I was shocked and angry.cause it was already 7pm at night and then this guy said I have to wait for 1 hour more!.i just got angry and I didn't complain and I just told them to not do this with other customers .and while all this was going on the other half of the sales people were giggling and laughing behind in a group.instead of telling, me the customer, that they will try to get it in a few minutes or please wait and they will get it in 15 minutes.nothing of that sort, the guy who convinced me to buy that laptop, was helpless and he was junior and the seniors were laughing and joking at the back! anyways I left and went to another shop and got a dell laptop for much cheaper price, it's running smoothly! now.later on few days later I went there to buy a mouse . for the laptop as my father is using that primarily.so then I told a girl, who was probably group leader or manager.so I told her and then I told her how unprofessional they were and I bought the laptop already and then she says she was sorry and she would talk about it to the manager and what not, even if she did, it didnt show much! but at least she said that.and then few days back when I went they remembered I had been there few months back and well this time round they were much better in showing things in a professional way!.i was happy!.and this time I had been there for reliance Jio and they explained to me everything beautifully!
