Reliance Digital Express Mini store at South Sinthi is the worst in Kolkata. The staffs at the store are impolite and arrogant. I have taken a JIO sim from there through eKYC using my Adhaar Card. Sim cards taken through eKYC verification should get activated with 48 hours by my sim is not activated within that time. When I approached the store regarding the activation of my sim, first of all, the person to whom I told my issue repeatedly 3 times did not at all bother to respond to me. Then I approached another staff and he said that my handset Intex Cloud Fame 4G does not support JIO Sim. But as per the specifications of the phone, it supports 4G bands FDD-LTE:BAND3/Band5 TD-LTE: B40 and it should support JIO SIM also. When I told him about this specification he ignored it and denied to provide any further help. Then I put a complaint on customer care and the sim was activated. The staffs there are too lazy to work and provides you with wrong information. This is the second time I was misguided at this particular store. The first time I went to buy the JIOFI device after the price dropped to Rs. 1999 but they refused to sell it at reduced price rather they are selling it at Rs. 2899. When I told them that the offer is mentioned over the official website and other stores are selling it at the new price, they mocked at me and told that "if you can get it at Rs. 1999 from any other Digital Xpress then you're the luckiest person in the world". Then I approached the Digital Xpress mini at Dunlop and they provided me the JIOFI device at the new price. I have visited other Reliance Digital Xpress stores in Kolkata and their staffs are polite and helpful unlike the staffs at Reliance Digital Xpress at South Sinthi. I would advise not be visit this store because they can also cheat you.
