I bought a Philips LCD and Sony Home theater from the Hyd store on Road No 12 on 21st of Sept. I took and Home Theater along with me and the LCD was finally delivered on 19th Oct.
The home theater that I bought the same day is still awaiting installation.I have been promised several dates and times for this and have even taken leave from work so that the installation could be completed, however, the store managements complete lack of customer service has ensured that this has not yet happened.
Whenever I call, they have a stadard scripted response "Our systems have gone and so we could not access your records, can you give me all the details again and I'll ensure that somebody calls you back". I even believed them the first couple of times but when they kept repeating the same thing every time I realised that it was a script.
The level of service is appalling and I would not recommend it to anyone.
