Sales Men ID 60069158(who gave falls information and cheated me)
I have brought 1 Laptop on 28th June 2015(Evening) Dell Laptop 15-3537 which has expired warranty. and also that was Display piece.
I went on 30th June 2015 & 02nd July 2015 TWO DAYS and requested for replace, they told that once billed done we cannot do anything.
and l told that you have told me when am buying 7days replacement warranty will be there.
they dint agree for replacement, they did some rebooted the Laptop(TWO days also) and said its working you take it.
I said am asking replacement as you told under 7days replacement warranty. why you are not giving?
like this they will misguide and soled me the warranty lapsed and 2nd hand laptop.
totally they cheated me for 30, 000/- in market that was 21, 000/- 1st when I went another sales men told me.this.
I taken EMI Loan & paying with unhappily.
Customer care ppl are also waste they dint clear my complaint #70065313
